Smart Folders use AI to add relevant emails based on criteria you control and are displayed alongside your emails – making it easy for you to find emails, attachments and contacts involved in the project. Smart Folders are not shared with your clients or colleagues.
In your Smart Folder, you also have a timeline for your project. Simply accept suggested timeline events or create your own in seconds. Once your timeline is looking great, you can share it with clients and colleagues and create a template for future projects. The timeline lives on a dedicated web page and doesn’t require a Folio account to view once invited.
Does Folio make any permanent changes to my inbox?
No, Folio does not make any permanent changes to your inbox. If you decide Folio’s not for you, simply uninstall it and your inbox will go back to how it was before.
